About
Why INPOA?
Until now there has been no international network specifically aimed at associations that represent the interests of property owners — residential or commercial. While there are global forums for investors, developers, or facility managers, property owner associations and federations often operate in isolation, despite facing shared challenges like rent regulation, housing shortages, and sustainability demands.INPOA fills this gap by providing a lightweight, low-barrier platform for peer-level cooperation, information exchange, and long-term relationship building across borders.Initiated by Sweden's two largest property owner associations, INPOA serves as a global neutral, non-commercial platform for collaboration and influence.There are no membership costs, fees or obligations to join or participate in the network.While this website serves as the official landing page, active discussions, informal updates, and contact exchange will take place in the dedicated INPOA LinkedIn Group, which you can join once your membership is confirmed.
